  • Login to your store admin panel

  • Paste the snippet code given by zopim into livechat snippet code section
  • Go to Store front from left menu and select theme
  • Open  file e.i, header.html.twig under include folder
  • Copy the snippet code given in the below section
  • Paste the snippet code as mentioned below.
